At NAVA Creations, we believe that every shopping experience should be built on trust, transparency, and customer satisfaction.
We take great care in offering beautiful, quality ethnic wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return, cancellation, and refund guidelines below.
1. 10-Day Return Policy
We offer a 10-day return policy for eligible products.
Customers may request a return within 10 calendar days from the date the last item in their order is delivered.
To qualify for a standard return, the product must:

Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

Be in its original condition with all tags and labels attached.

Be returned with its original packaging and accessories, where applicable.

Include proof of purchase or a valid order number.
Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or customer-caused damage may not qualify for a standard change-of-mind return.
These conditions do not restrict remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Return Shipping Charges
For standard eligible returns, a flat return shipping charge of ₹150 per return request will be deducted from the approved refund amount.
There is no additional restocking fee.
Free Return Shipping: If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, NAVA Creations will arrange return shipping at no cost to the customer, where the issue is confirmed and a return is required.
No ₹150 return shipping deduction will apply to such cases where a free return or other remedy is required under applicable law.
3. How to Request a Return

Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Once approved, we will share the applicable return shipping label or pickup instructions and return address.
Please do not send products back without receiving return instructions or approval. This requirement does not limit any statutory rights.
4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
We request customers to inspect their orders upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed item, please contact us as soon as possible at navacreations@hotmail.com.
Kindly share your order number and clear photographs showing the issue, if available.
After reviewing the issue, NAVA Creations will provide an appropriate remedy, including a free return, replacement, or refund, as applicable.
Customers will not be charged return shipping fees for qualifying damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products.
Nothing in this policy restricts the legal remedies available to consumers under applicable Indian law.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation within 1 hour of placing an order, provided the order has not already been dispatched.
To request cancellation, email navacreations@hotmail.com with your order number.

Cancellation requests received within the permitted window and before dispatch will be processed.

If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation under this voluntary cancellation window is no longer available. Eligible delivered products may still qualify for returns under this policy.
Any cancellation or other remedy required by applicable consumer protection law will remain available regardless of the above voluntary cancellation window.
No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations accepted within the permitted window.
6. Non-Returnable Products
Standard change-of-mind returns may not be accepted for:

Customized or personalized garments

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

Items missing original tags or required accessories

Gift cards

Products clearly marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable before purchase
Regular discounted products are eligible for our standard 10-day return policy unless they were expressly marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable before purchase.
These exclusions do not affect statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, misdescribed, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise non-compliant goods.
7. Exchanges
Customers may request an exchange for a different size, colour, or design within the applicable 10-day return window.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and eligibility.
If a direct exchange is unavailable, customers may return an eligible item under our return policy and place a new order.
Any applicable return shipping charges will be communicated before processing an exchange.
8. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the return and refund have been approved.
For approved refunds:

Refunds will be initiated within 10 business days of approval.

Refunds will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method.

For standard eligible returns, ₹150 will be deducted as the return shipping fee.

No restocking fee will be charged.

For qualifying damaged, defective, or incorrect products, no return shipping fee will be deducted.
Banks and payment providers may require additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed after your refund approval and you have not received the amount, please contact navacreations@hotmail.com.
Any shorter refund period or additional remedy required under applicable law will take precedence.
9. Consumer Rights
This policy is intended to operate in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law, including where products are defective, deficient, counterfeit, not as described, incorrectly supplied, or delivered later than the agreed delivery schedule where legal remedies apply.
Where the law provides customers with greater protection than this policy, the applicable legal requirements will prevail.
