1. ORDER CANCELLATION

Customers may request cancellation of an order only before the order has been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. HOW TO REQUEST CANCELLATION

To request cancellation, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible with your order number, registered mobile number, and reason for cancellation.

Cancellation requests are subject to verification and approval by Nava Creations Private Limited.

3. CANCELLATION AFTER DISPATCH

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled through our website or customer support.

If the customer does not wish to accept the parcel, the order may be treated as a refused or failed delivery, and any applicable charges or deductions will be handled according to our applicable policies.

4. REFUND ON APPROVED CANCELLATION

If a cancellation request is approved before processing or dispatch, any eligible prepaid amount will be refunded through the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-processing timelines.

Refunds, where applicable, are generally processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation approval.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is applicable where no payment has been made.

5. NON-CANCELLABLE ORDERS

Cancellation may not be permitted for:

Orders that have already been dispatched.
Orders that have been specially prepared, customized, or made according to customer specifications.
Orders where cancellation is requested after the permitted cancellation period.
Orders affected by suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

6. WRONG OR INCOMPLETE INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including their name, address, PIN code, email address, and mobile number.

Nava Creations Private Limited shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. POLICY CHANGES

Nava Creations Private Limited reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on our website and will become effective upon publication.
